Kendelwood Place Apartments offers a lifestyle beyond your expectations, yet still within your means. Kendelwood Place is a project based Section 8 community that offers one, two, and three bedroom garden style apartment homes.  Project based Section 8 housing is a government-funded program that provided rental housing to low-income households in privately owned and managed rental units.  The rent subsidy stayes with the building; when you move out, you no longer have rental assistance.
